About Us

    OAK HILL FARM:   Located in the Shuswap, on 23 acres of river
bottom land next to the meandering Salmon River, & with mountains
to the East & West, this small Breeding operation is now in its 12th year
here in Canada.  Between 1985 & 1997,O.H.F's location was in  Central
Kentucky, USA, where the switch from breeding Thoroughbreds to Warmbloods
 came about.   The Farm's recognition for producing very good quality, versatile, & 
affordable Performance Horses was well established in the southeast U.S,
 with numerous talented Hunters, Dressage & Event horses raised & sold,
 prior to moving to BC, Canada, in 1997.
        Champions such as; "Music Row", "Brown-Eyed-Girl", "Schonau",  "Saycoo",
"Silver Birch", "Special FX"  & "Field Of Vision", to name a few. 
The original Broodmare band was made up of well-bred, athletic,Tb mares,
& now a select few Warmblood daughters from these mares, have taken their
positions in the breeding band, & are starting to produce an even higher quality of
offspring.  Youngsters are raised with room to run, clean air, and mountain fresh
water.  Temperment, type & athleticism are traits that are strived for in our Breeding
Program.  We have a variety of ages and pedigrees of youngsters to choose from,
whether it be a Dressage, Jumper or Hunter prospect that is being sought.  Some of the
